REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Overview

At Moskaa, each item is created as part of a carefully developed collectible universe. Many of our products are produced in limited quantities and handled with care to maintain their collectible value.

Because of the nature of our products, our refund and return conditions are outlined below.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product sent)

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the collectible and limited nature of Moskaa products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Limited edition or “final sale” items (unless damaged or defective)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Moskaa.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
